Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between healthcare clients and internal teams
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, needs, and opportunities
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet client objectives and company revenue goals
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Coincide onboarding, implementations, and ongoing service delivery
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure service levels and performance metrics are met or exceeded
  • Stay current on healthcare industry trends, reimbursement models, and regulatory changes
  • Education clients on relevant product or service updates

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School degree
  • Must be licensed or willing to obtain license
  • Microsoft suite of products, AMS360 experience a plus
  • Must be able multi-task while maintaining accuracy
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
