Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between healthcare clients and internal teams
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, needs, and opportunities
- Develop and execute account plans to meet client objectives and company revenue goals
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
- Coincide onboarding, implementations, and ongoing service delivery
- Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure service levels and performance metrics are met or exceeded
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends, reimbursement models, and regulatory changes
- Education clients on relevant product or service updates
Qualifications
- Minimum High School degree
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain license
- Microsoft suite of products, AMS360 experience a plus
- Must be able multi-task while maintaining accuracy
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
