Account Manager - Medical Malpractice

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of medical malpractice accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide expert guidance on medical malpractice coverage.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in managing medical malpractice accounts is required.
• Licenses/Designations: Relevant insurance licenses or certifications are required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in insurance software and tools is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational and time management abilities; attention to detail and problem-solving skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment; customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Pay

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
