Medical Laboratory Technologist (Night Shift)

Role Overview Performs clinical laboratory testing under supervision, adhering to established protocols. Maintains equipment, records, and quality assurance activities, ensuring accurate and timely results. May supervise and train laboratory staff. Key Responsibilities Ensures accuracy in patient, quality assurance, proficiency, and competency testing.Analyzes, investigates, interprets, and reports lab data using clinical knowledge.Maintains instrumentation and documents investigations and QA results.Communicates effectively, monitors information, and ensures proper hand-offs.Contributes to performance improvements and inspection readiness.Participates in ongoing training, meetings, and compliance with policies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science, or related field; Master's preferred.Certifications such as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent required upon hire.Minimum of 1 year laboratory experience preferred.Proficiency with computer data entry, MS Office, and experience with Epic or 3M systems is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
