Qualifications

• Laboratory Operations Oversight
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field; current national certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Technologist, or equivalent; minimum 4-6 years of clinical laboratory experience, including high-complexity testing, supervisory, management, or technical oversight responsibilities; experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs, test validation and method verification, proficiency testing, CAPA and root analysis, regulatory inspections and accreditation surveys, laboratory compliance under CLIA and Massachusetts regulations; strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Abbott Architect, Sysmex, Cepheid, or similar instrumentation; experience with Orchard LIS and Athena EHR; experience managing multi-site laboratory operations; experience supporting point-of-care testing programs.
