Medical Imaging Field Engineer - MR, Dayton, OH

About the role

Serve Imaging Equipment in the Dayton OH area. Customer Service Engineer Level can be adjusted based on prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Service Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.
• Support the MR modality initially, with potential to cross train into other modalities in the future.
• Work different shifts and On-Call rotations as business needs dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required.
• Report to the Regional Service Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong electronics background and computer skills required.
• 1-2 years of field service experience is desired.
• Able to work both individually and in an established team setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required.

Qualifications

• Lifting 50lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high-reach, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and ability to work alone.

Skills

• Familiar with Medical Imaging Equipment: MR.
• Proficient in the use of service tools and service test equipment.
• Proficient PC skills (MS Windows & Microsoft Office 365 -Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).

Pay

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $50,210 - $69,036 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
