About the role

Full-time, float Patient Service Specialist position providing patient and administrative support across multiple centers in the Lexington area.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and inform patients about their visits and appointments
• Schedule appointments both in person and by phone
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams
• Handle co-pay collection, insurance authorizations, and payer verifications

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of front desk and healthcare experience
• Preferred: 1 year of medical office experience

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to adapt to traveling between centers
