As a call center professional, you'll serve as a trusted resource for patients, helping them to navigate their care while delivering a seamless, compassionate experience with every interaction. We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and highly organized Call Center Professional to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize medical terminology to assist clients in understanding their inquiries related to healthcare services.
  • Efficiently schedule patient appointments for multiple providers across multiple office locations.
  • Work with office staff and internal triage teams to provide seamless care.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Analyze customer issues and provide timely resolutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while multitasking and managing high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate proper phone etiquette to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English; multilingual skills are required, Spanish preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a medical office setting.
  • Ability to operate computerized systems efficiently for data entry and record management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Skills
