We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and highly organized Call Center Professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize medical terminology to assist clients in understanding their inquiries related to healthcare services.
- Efficiently schedule patient appointments for multiple providers across multiple office locations.
- Work with office staff and internal triage teams to provide seamless care.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Analyze customer issues and provide timely resolutions or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain a positive attitude while multitasking and managing high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in English; multilingual skills are required, Spanish preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a medical office setting.
- Ability to operate computerized systems efficiently for data entry and record management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Skills
