Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8am‑5pm; No evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment & instruments
- Room patients, obtain health history and check vital signs
- Document patient care using electronic medical record software
- Administer medications and perform injections/immunizations
- Assist providers with minor, in‑office procedures and perform point‑of‑care testing
- Schedule appointments, complete prior authorizations, process medication refills, handle referrals and answer patient calls as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School education or GED equivalent
- Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA) or willingness to attain that certification within nine months of the start date
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited MA program
- CPR Certified
- 1+ years of MA experience
- EMR/EHR experience
- Experience with Epic medical records software
- Experience with medical front office and back‑office duties including vitals, injections, administering medications, referrals, prior authorizations, and insurance verifications

Pay
The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full‑time employment.
