Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be ensuring the well-being of patients while working in conjunction with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, front office and clinical staff.

Primary Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments
• Complete prior authorizations
• Process medication refills
• Handle referrals and answer patient calls as needed
• Perform Clinical Intake with patients to include taking and recording vital signs and patient history
• Absorb patients as needed with walking, transfer, specimen collection, exam preparation, etc.
• Maintain clinical supplies and equipment and ensure proper storage of biohazards
• Clean exam/procedure rooms, instruments and equipment between patient visits to maintain infection control
• Absorb providers with minor, in-office procedures and perform point-of-care testing
• Absorb with allergy injections, mixing of allergy vials and allergy testing

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid Indiana LPN license
• Current CPR Certification

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Licensed Practical Nurse experience with electronic medical records software
• CPR certification for MA's
• Experience performing medical back office tasks including obtaining vital signs, injections/immunizations, phlebotomy, urinalysis and administering medications
• Experience performing medical front office tasks including scheduling appointments, prior authorizations, medication refills and referrals

Pay

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
