Responsibilities

• Lead and empower clinic staff by directing hiring, onboarding, daily workflows, and performance development to foster a high-performing, supportive patient care team.
• Deliver direct patient care by preparing exam rooms, gathering vital signs, and conducting patient interviews to ensure smooth appointments and accurate medical histories.
• Support provider workflows by assisting physicians and registered nurses with clinical examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
• Ensure operational excellence and safety by guiding team compliance with clinical policies, regulatory standards, and departmental quality protocols.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
