Physician Office Supervisor
About the role
Supervise the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring of staff. Assist with performance evaluations. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services. Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
