What You Will Do
- Manage paid social media execution across all major social media channels: Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat and other emerging platforms
- Work closely with creative teams to inform and request creative concepts and iterations
- Understand and contribute to the optimization of all aspects of the customer acquisition funnel
- Build relationships with key media partners, including Facebook, Tiktok and Snapchat as well as agency partners
- Work closely with Ad Tech partners, to develop advanced automation and optimization solutions
- Manage testing on a constantly growing pool of variables including offers, copy, creative, ad formats, landing pages, etc. across all paid social channels
- Track and analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the performance of campaigns
- Recognize and identify trends in real-time to leverage for performance
- Occasionally work flexible hours including weekends, to adapt to the real-time nature of social media
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of work experience – prior media experience a plus
- Degree in quantitative field preferred
- Strong excel skills
- An interest in demand generation/customer acquisition
- Curiosity, integrity, self-motivation, and a high level of attention to detail
- Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of marketing platforms, attribution, and site analytics
