Job Summary/Description
- Possess a relentless hunter mentality, cold calling, warm leads, networking, and other methods to prospect and develop new advertising clients across the Bryan/College Station market.
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close, managing your pipeline with accuracy in our CRM platform.
- Build and present custom multi-platform marketing campaigns tailored to each client's business goals and budget.
- Serve as a trusted marketing consultant, uncovering your clients' real pain points and solving them with data-driven strategies across TV and digital.
- Develop and grow a book of business through strong relationship management and consistent campaign results.
- Collaborate with our creative teams to bring client campaigns to life.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals and budget targets.
