You will interact with business owners and decision makers, so a genuine, passionate, and creative approach is essential to establishing trust with new and existing clients.

Your communication style needs to be effective and relatable as you recommend business solutions, sponsorships, and promotional opportunities. The strategic business plans you develop and create will include both TV and digital advertising components—along with radio opportunities that deliver consistent reach and frequency.

You’ll help clients build integrated campaigns that can include:

  • Radio advertising across our Spokane stations
  • Television advertising and premium local inventory
  • Digital marketing solutions through Phase 3 Digital
  • Sponsorships and promotional opportunities across KXLY Brands

Because our client interactions are primarily face-to-face, we need someone located in the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene markets.

Pay and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $45,000/year - $150,000/year which includes a beginning guarantee + supplemental pay including commission. Beginning guarantee is $45,000/year-$72,000/year depending upon experience. A $50/month cell phone allowance.
