What You’ll Do:
- Take full ownership of building and managing a book of business.
- Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
- Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
- Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI.
- Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
- Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
- Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
- BA/BS degree (preferred).
Pay:
New York Base Pay Range: $30,000 USD - $35,000 USD
Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity.

About the Role:
Townsquare Media Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Utica sales team. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll take ownership of building and managing a book of business, prospecting, qualifying, and securing new business, conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored marketing strategies, representing our full portfolio of solutions, cross-selling and upselling, partnering with internal teams, and working with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
