About the role

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking individuals passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of seniors. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Med Tech in long-term care, home care, or a related field, with preference given to those with experience in memory care environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide the safe delivery and administration of medications
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents
• Work some holidays and weekends
• Work in a memory care environment

Requirements

• Successful completion of Med Tech training program
• Minimum of six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or a related field
• Experience working in a memory care environment preferred
• Able to work some holidays and weekends
• Able to work with seniors
• Team building skills
• Assessment skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Great communication skills
