Responsibilities
- Perform work indoors in hotel rooms, common areas, and back office areas.
- Repair and replace items as necessary.
- Provide exceptional quality work and services.
- Work in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Flexible shift, 7AM-3PM generally, but can change as business dictates.
- Able to work outdoors in hot and cold weather.
- Able to lift, stand, carry tools and equipment.
- Pull trash from around the hotel, able to lift heavy weight up to head level.
- Have some previous experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, pool/spa care, and electrical work.
- General maintenance and repair knowledge.
- Lift, push, pull or move up to 75 lbs.
- Walk extensively, ability to walk stairs.
- Able to work as a team with a positive attitude.
