Job responsibilities
- Making the generator groups ready by performing mechanical assembly operations.
- To carry out their work in accordance with the information in the work order.
- To make a visual check and otherwise notify the supervisor when engine, alternator, record, etc. are to be put into production.
- Processing production data entries to the relevant system.
- Filling in the relevant fields of the production identification cards so that the work can be followed easily and accurately.
- Notifying the manager of the materials that need to be returned to the warehouse within the production area.
- Performing basic selection and care of special machine tools such as drills, jigs, mills, lathes, and fixtures.
- To comply with the Quality, Environment and OSHA rules in the enterprise.
- Participating in training organizations conducted when needed.
- To comply with all kinds of precautions and rules regarding Occupational Health and Safety.
- To share opinions, complaints and suggestions about Workplace, OSHA, Environment and Quality with the department manager.
- To identify risks and opportunities in Quality Assurance, Environment and OHS Management Systems and take part in risk reduction studies.
- To use the work area clean and orderly during production.
- To fulfill every task given by the manager in line with the production targets.
- To follow the planned deadlines
Requirements
- Min. High School Diploma
- Driver’s License
- 1+ years’ experience with Power and control circuit materials
- Be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary.
- Good verbal, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where only limited standardization exists.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs continuously.
