Mechanic/Electrician

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, replace mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plant equipment and facilities.
• Use maintenance knowledge to increase productivity, decrease downtime and waste.
• Work with a sense of urgency to respond to machine downtime events.
• Complete in-house training programs to develop equipment specific maintenance skills.
• May require attendance at external training that may involve occasional overnight travel.
• Must follow all safety and company policies, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge and experience with repairing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC systems and industrial equipment.
• Passion for maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Own basic tools (PCA will provide specialized tools and an annual tool allowance).

• Pay Range: $24.88 - $27.45 per hour.
