Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, replace mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plant equipment and facilities.
- Use maintenance knowledge to increase productivity, decrease downtime and waste.
- Work with a sense of urgency to respond to machine downtime events.
- Complete in-house training programs to develop equipment specific maintenance skills.
- May require attendance at external training that may involve occasional overnight travel.
- Must follow all safety and company policies, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge and experience with repairing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC systems and industrial equipment.
- Passion for maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- Own basic tools (PCA will provide specialized tools and an annual tool allowance).
