Mechanic/Electrician

The Job

Industrial maintenance/mechanic electrician will perform routine preventive maintenance and repair of machines. Troubleshoot emergency maintenance on machines as necessary to support plant operations. Troubleshoot industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical failures. Reads, manages and performs work orders of required maintenance services.

Skills

• 3+ years in industrial manufacturing PLC troubleshooting, inputs/outputs, and changeouts of programs
• Experience with Factory Talk or similar HMI software
• Photo eyes, sensors, limit switches, and solenoids
• Repairing and troubleshooting conveyor systems (line controls)
• Mechanical Systems (bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes)
• Hydraulics & Pneumatics
• High and Low Voltage
• Able to operate a multimeter to diagnose a variety of electrical issues
