About the Role
The MDS Coordinator - RN is a finance-related position requiring strong clinical skills to develop, implement, and manage a successful Medicare Part A program from admissions through discharge. This role promotes good public relations for the unit and maintains patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- Valid and active RN license in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations.
- Prior experience completing MDS assessments.
- Current AANAC RAC-CT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
