MDS Coordinator - RN - Skilled Nursing

About the Role

The MDS Coordinator - RN is a finance-related position requiring strong clinical skills to develop, implement, and manage a successful Medicare Part A program from admissions through discharge. This role promotes good public relations for the unit and maintains patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Valid and active RN license in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations.
• Prior experience completing MDS assessments.
• Current AANAC RAC-CT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
