Job Details

MDS Coordinator (RN):

• Monday - Friday
• The MDS Coordinator (RN) will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CMS quality measures/standards, prepare for state & federal surveys, accurately code clinical data for reimbursement, work closely with interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with active GA license
• Prefers 3 years related experience managing CMS quality measures, familiarity with long-term care regulations, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid rules, etc.
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with MDS software such as PointClickeCare and/or MatrixCare
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
