Materials & Procurement Coordinator – Remote

A multibillion-dollar specialty pharmaceutical distributor is seeking a Materials & Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory planning, vendor management, and product data. This is a remote position with a pay range of $23–$25 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Manage purchasing and purchase orders for pharmaceutical, medical, ancillary, and packaging products
• Monitor inventory levels, forecasting, lead times, days on hand, and slow-moving/dead stock
• Work with suppliers on pricing, product information, documentation, returns, and purchasing requirements
• Maintain accurate product master data and purchasing transactions in ERP systems
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Product Management to resolve inventory and purchasing issues
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement and inventory processes

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in purchasing, procurement, materials, inventory, or supply chain
• Experience with purchase orders, vendors/suppliers, and inventory
• Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, biotech, life sciences, or distribution
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, ERP, MRP, inventory planning, or forecasting
