Compare honestly, negotiate fairly, and make sure the right thing reaches the right site on the right day. Based in Kochi studio working with suppliers, early‑career candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of suppliers and makers.
• Gather quotes, compare them fairly and keep costs transparent.
• Raise orders and chase deliveries, balancing firmness with courtesy.
• Verify incoming materials for correct shade, batch and quantity.
• Keep the sample library organized and inspiring.
• Track orders and update the order tracker so the team stays informed.

Requirements

• Purchasing experience in interiors or construction.
• A nose for quality and fair prices.
• Spreadsheet fluency.
• Friendly firmness on the phone.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English.

Preferred qualifications

• Wide network of supplier contacts.
• Experience with Tally or an ERP system.
• An eye for design.
