Materials Coordinator
About the role
Air Products is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support our Leetsdale, PA facility. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy hands-on logistics work, and take pride in precision and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare parts accurately for shipment
- Process material reservations and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in SAP
- Maintain shared inbox for urgent and priority requests
- Cover same-day and emergency shipments
- Receive, label, and accurately stock materials
- Support Shipping & Receiving operations (cross-trained role)
- Operate material handling equipment safely
- Maintain readiness to support critical needs, including on-call rotation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of material handling or logistics experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)

Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
