Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse and inventory operations, including shipping, receiving, production floor replenishment, and inventory control.
- Help ensure materials move accurately from the warehouse to internal teams and that transactions are properly documented in QAD.
- Maintain raw material Kanban fulfillment for production.
- Track consumables and spare parts inventory.
- Keep stockroom, shipping, and receiving areas clean and organized.
- Label materials and support work orders to meet production schedules.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Pack and ship products to customers, subcontractors, and sterilizers.
- Route RMAs to the correct department.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent education/work experience.
- Medical device or regulated industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and QMS standards.
- Experience with QAD, SAP, Oracle, or another ERP system preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic math.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work occasional overtime and lift up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent education/work experience.
