Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy, verifying contents against order documentation.
  • Maintain precise records by conducting regular audits and reconciling any discrepancies.
  • Optimize the layout and organization of storage areas to ensure efficient access and handling of materials.
  • Prepare and process all necessary shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of material handling procedures.
  • Packing and counting parts.
  • Spraying foams for outsource shipments.
  • Loading and unloading of trucks, manually and/or with equipment.
  • Cleaning/washing parts and/or materials.
  • Inventory checks.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Forklift/Hilo experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent, in addition to 1-2 years of experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and to be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of the individual or others
  • Self starter with great organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended period of time
  • Ability to serve, prioritize, and multi-task to support multiple areas
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external personnel
