Logistics Coordinator (Air)

Responsibilities
- Manage air export shipments from origin to destination
- Cook up shipment documentation and logistics activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Provide proactive updates and maintain strong client communication
- Resolve shipment issues and customer concerns
- Cook up with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage billing and shipment-related administrative tasks
- Monitor shipment progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of air export logistics coordination experience
- Experience working within freight forwarding or logistics environments
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Magaya experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Additional freight forwarding or logistics software experience
