Responsibilities

Receive supplier shipments
Pick customer orders
Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment
Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
Operate a handheld scanner
Obtain power equipment certifications (electric power jack, walker/rider, forklift)
Meet and exceed quality and production standards
Take direction from management
Adhere to distribution center housekeeping guidelines
Prioritize safety by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner
Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies
Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements

High School diploma preferred
Knowledge and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other platforms
Excellent attendance record
Willingness and ability to work overtime
Strong comprehension and organizational skills
Ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management
Ability to maintain accurate records and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Team player with a can-do attitude
Power equipment certification a plus
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
