About the role
At Meadowridge Academy, we are seeking a Master's Level Clinician/Therapist to join our dynamic team. You will work with our students to help them reach their clinical and treatment goals through individual, group, and family therapy.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and individualized treatment plans for students
- Manage a caseload of students to support their development of life skills
- Provide therapy sessions to students in a safe and therapeutic environment
- Contribute to ongoing professional development through SMART and Family Therapy consultation
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care for students
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or ability to sit for clinical licensure
- Valid driver’s license due to the requirement of transporting students

Pay
The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and qualifications.
