Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumbers License and Contractors License issued by the State of Michigan
- 10-Years of demonstrated Plumbing installation experience
- Work with customer service representatives and our plumbers in the field
- Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
- Ability to pull permits and participate for permit inspections
- Looking to utilize Master & Contractors License for our company
- Knowledge of all aspects of Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
- Clean and current Drivers License
- Strong Leadership, Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to train others
- Self motivated team leader with excellent knowledge of codes and problem solving skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to perform estimates when necessary

Responsibilities
- Leads and directs all plumbers and drain cleaners on a daily basis
- Assigns jobs according to skillsets
- Ongoing training and bi weekly meetings
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Maintain quality control
