About Youth Opportunity & Crestview Youth Academy Youth Opportunity is a nationally recognized leader in residential and behavioral health treatment for at-risk youth. Crestview Youth Academy in Crestview, Florida, is a therapeutic residential treatment program providing trauma-informed care for male youth. The program focuses on mental health and behavioral stabilization, combining evidence-based treatment, education, and enrichment programming to help youth build positive coping skills and prepare for successful community reintegration. About The Role The Key Control (Master Control Operator) is responsible for monitoring and controlling facility access, maintaining security, and ensuring the safety of staff, youth, and visitors. This role involves high attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work calmly and efficiently in a structured environment.
