Crestview Youth Academy in Crestview, Florida, is a therapeutic residential treatment program providing trauma-informed care for male youth. About The Role The Key Control (Master Control Operator) is responsible for monitoring and controlling facility access, maintaining security, and ensuring the safety of staff, youth, and visitors. This role involves high attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work calmly and efficiently in a structured environment.
