Massage Therapist & Aesthetician

We are seeking a talented and client-focused Dual-Licensed Massage Therapist & Aesthetician to join our growing wellness team. Responsibilities
- Massage Therapy
- Perform professional massage therapy services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and other specialty modalities as offered.
- Assess clients' health history and customize treatments based on individual needs and goals.
- Maintain detailed treatment records.
- Aesthetic Services
- Perform customized facial treatments and skin consultations.
- Provide services including dermaplaning and other aesthetic treatments as offered.
- Recommend professional skincare products and home care regimens.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and consent documentation.
- Client Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through follow-up.
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
- Maintain treatment rooms in a clean, organized, and sanitized condition.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, infection control standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, professional spa environment.
- Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing education, staff meetings, and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Current state licenses as both a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Licensed Aesthetician/Esthetician.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Minimum one year of spa, wellness, or medical spa experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, massage techniques, skin physiology, and professional skincare products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with retail sales and client education is highly desirable.

- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Pay
Salary is commensurate with experience. This is an independent contractor position and is not eligible for Boca Woods Country Club’s employee benefits, paid time off, or other employee-sponsored programs. The contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, licenses, and other expenses associated with providing services.
