Dual Therapist - Massage Therapist / Esthetician

Qualifications

• Must have valid CMTC board certified Massage Therapists.
• Proficiency in skin care services.
• A high level of customer service.
• A passion for helping others.
• Sales-oriented and able to confidently communicate information regarding product and services to guests.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Valid esthetician license
• Proven experience as an esthetician
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Performing professional massage treatments, including relaxing, therapeutic, deep pressure, prenatal, massages. (50 & 80-minute options)
• Attending meetings and trainings as required to learn the most current information in the field and learn about new techniques.
• Providing professional skin care treatments and services
• Analyzing clients' skin and recommending suitable treatments and products
• Maintaining a clean and organized treatment area
• Building and maintaining a loyal client base
• Staying updated on the latest skincare techniques and trends
• Ensuring clients have a comfortable and satisfying experience
• Creating a unique and comfortable experience for all guests to connect and trust you in the treatment room
• Helping maintain the cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas
