Qualifications

• Must have completed (or are in the process of completing) an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program
• Must have completed (or are in the process of completing) a Licensed to provide facial services and massage in your state or municipality
• A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
• Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment

Skills

• Experience with customer service in the beauty industry
• Experience in educating or providing service and product recommendations
• A proven track record for gaining repeat business
• A proven track record in upgrading services to clients
• High levels of resilience solution-focused, especially when presented with complexity and the seemingly impossible
• High levels of dedication willing to voluntarily go the extra mile
• High levels of vigor
• A positive and uplifting attitude – works well individually, in teams, and in large group collaborative settings
