Qualifications

• Current California Massage Therapy Certification (CAMTC)
• Current California Esthetician License
• Minimum 2–3 years professional spa experience preferred
• Strong technical skill in both massage therapy and skincare treatments
• Excellent consultation and communication abilities
• Professional presence suited to a private club environment
• Dependable, discreet, and service-oriented

Responsibilities

The Dual Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician is responsible for:

• Delivering customized massage therapy treatments tailored to member needs
• Performing professional facial services with thoughtful consultation
• Integrating spa enhancements and specialized modalities where appropriate
• Maintaining treatment rooms and professional standards consistent with Jonathan Club expectations
• Contributing to a collaborative, professional spa culture

Pay and Benefits

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour + service commissions
