MASONRY TEAM LEADER

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Teach/Mentor/Coach the Team
• Lead by Example
• Be proficient from an administrative perspective and fully aligned with the company's core values.

Requirements

• Proven experience in masonry tasks such as mortar application, stone setting, brick work, etc.
• Knowledge of the masonry industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, elevations, and masonry details.
• Ability to mentor less experienced masons and laborers.
• Basic admin/tech skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet on a daily basis.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
