About the role

You’ll be the maestro behind the magic, ensuring your catering squad hits their sales goals and keeps our hotels buzzing with delicious events!

Responsibilities

• Boost meeting planner satisfaction and closely monitor event revenue, food, and beverage goals—striving for top marks every time!
• Hire, train, and inspire your team—motivate, communicate, and celebrate successes while confidently addressing challenges.
• Negotiate smartly and create memorable experiences for clients.
• Stay current on market trends, engage in local organizations, and lead creative promotions to spotlight your properties.
• Work closely with marketing and internal teams, deliver timely banquet orders, and ensure smooth, friendly, and service-focused events.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of progressive hotel catering sales experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Strong creativity and expertise in food, beverage, and event management, plus advanced hospitality sales and marketing knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and professional selling skills to influence clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer operations, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proven leadership and analytical skills to manage diverse teams, solve complex problems, interpret financial data, and a valid driver’s license.
