Marriott Chicago Midway - Night Auditor

About the role

As a Night Auditor, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps things running smoothly while the world sleeps. If you're a night owl who loves hospitality and has a knack for numbers, come join our energetic crew and make every stay seamless and satisfying!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is in its perfect place during the Night Audit.
• Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Skills

• Fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs.
• Knack for solving problems independently.
