About the role

As a Night Auditor at Aimbridge Hospitality, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps things running smoothly during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). You’ll balance the books, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain property security while the world sleeps.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during overnight check-ins, reservations, and late-night inquiries.
• Perform the Night Audit: balance transactions, finalize financial records, and ensure accuracy in all reporting.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety and guest peace of mind.
• Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service during overnight hours.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field is beneficial.
• 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
