  • Identify business opportunities and conduct research on market dynamics to develop data-driven strategies for improving marketplace performance.
  • Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, leveraging data to implement changes that directly impact conversion rates and business growth.
  • Bridge the gap between complex data sets and actionable business logic, ensuring that every insight leads to measurable, long-term results.
  • Drive strategic growth and market impact by assuming personal accountability for key North Star metrics, including conversion rates, buyer engagement, and retention.
  • Conduct thorough research on supply/demand dynamics and industry trends to develop frameworks for solving inventory pricing and perception gaps and identifying emerging growth opportunities.

  • Own the data foundation and engineering aspects of the role, including designing, building, and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that transform raw marketplace logs into performant, "source of truth" data models.
  • Develop robust data models and ensure data integrity, fostering a culture of high-quality, sustainable reporting and experimentation.
