Analytics Lead

About the role
We are seeking a curious, analytical professional to join our team. This role involves owning and executing custom analytical requests, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, and driving impactful analytical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute custom ad hoc analytical requests, often with loosely defined requirements, translating business questions into structured analytical approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive campaign analyses and provide expert guidance to client analytics teams using Nexxen's platform.
- Collaborate with senior analytics partners to develop in-depth analyses leveraging TV viewership data, third-party data assets, and campaign data available on Nexxen's end-to-end platforms to deliver accurate measurement results.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, address data anomalies, and enhance data visualizations for bespoke measurement reporting.
- Generalize one-off or custom analyses into scalable frameworks where possible, while supporting ongoing ad hoc reporting needs.
- Design, execute, and evaluate advanced experiments to validate advertising effectiveness and inform strategic business decisions.
- Partner closely with Nexxen's Account, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to drive analytical solutions that deliver client value.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Analytics or a related quantitative field, with a Master's Degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in analytics or data-focused roles, including hands-on work with AdTech or media measurement solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own complex, custom client deliverables with minimal structure or predefined playbooks.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proven self-starter and "do-er" who is comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving, dynamic, team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in consultative, client-facing roles.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex query development, performance optimization, and experience with relationship databases and Hadoop/Big environment.
- Hands-on experience with R, including the ability to read, modify, and troubleshoot sophisticated R scripts.
- Advanced data visualization skills, with the ability to create polished dashboards and customized views.

Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 at the time of posting, with the potential for an incentive.
Schedule
This role is based in our LA or Chicago local office and follows a hybrid schedule, working in the office three days a week and remotely for the rest.
