The Role
Whereoware is hiring an Analytics Lead to join our Data & Analytics team. You will work alongside project managers, developers, designers, media strategists and UX team members. Your main tasks will include implementing analytics solutions across client technologies to support customer analytics insight and activation.
Must Haves
- Client-facing experience: comfortable owning relationships, leading meetings, and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience executing analytics tracking through tag management systems, including Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc
- Required experience building analytics solution design technical references outlining analytics data layer, analytics interface settings, and tag manager requirements
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) including custom implementation utilizing an event-driven data layer
- Experience with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data and cookies with a high understanding of how information is passed via these technologies and how to work with these technologies to support measurement across a variety of measurement platforms
- Agency experience working across multiple planned analytics projects and ad-hoc data requests for internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of consent management tools and triggering setup to align to privacy regulations
- Strong knowledge of media channels and marketing activation strategies
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as DOMO, Tableau, Power BI and/or Looker
- Contribute to scoping and proposal development for new analytics engagements
- Help define and evolve WOW’s internal analytics standards, documentation, and delivery process
Nice To Haves
- Experience with server-side Tagging, data clean rooms, and connected device analytics implementations
- Working Knowledge of CRM Systems
- Experience in Customer Data Platforms such as ODP, Segment, Klaviyo, etc
- Experience designing CRO, a/b testing, and experimentation programs
- Exposure to ETL tooling or data pipeline configuration
