About the role

The Residential Marketing Team at Lennox is seeking a Marketing Specialist III to champion B2B core messaging. This role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Field Sales Team, and key vendor partners to support brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and ongoing management of the dealer-facing value proposition
  • Lead development and execution of the Lennox Annual Playbook
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate the brand marketing strategy into effective sales support tools and dealer initiatives
  • Assist in the management of dealer channels like social platforms
  • Create commercialization plans and marketing materials that effectively describe and promote our B2B value proposition
  • Lead a collaborative effort to finalize core B2B messaging with a gency partners, and Marketing leadership
  • Key marketing liaison to support the new business development and national accounts sales team
  • Increase brand consistency through creation and updating of messaging repository to maintain consistent language across all business units
  • Coordinate the creation and placement of advertising in various media including the external and internal facing websites
  • Work with agency partners and internal content team to create and update brochures, company or product fact sheets, and promotional materials
  • Works closely with the content strategist to develop a strong ecosystem of content for the B2B marketing efforts

Requirements

  • University Degree and 5+ years of B2B Marketing, and/or agency experience
  • Skilled communicator with excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite - particularly Excel and PowerPoint; and Smartsheet
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
  • Highly motivated and able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with problem solving skills as a key strength
  • Collaborative and Communicative Team player who is also an independent thinker
  • Strong work ethic and desire to help make others around you better
  • Tenacious & resilient, with a desire to take the initiative to make a positive impact on the business
