Marketing Programs Specialist
Responsibilities
- Support multi-channel marketing programs from planning through execution to drive demand and MQAs.
- Cook up assets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows across Marketing and GTM teams.
- Pilot AI tools across the program lifecycle and share reusable workflows, prompts, and best practices with the team.
- Deliver program reporting and insights to improve performance across audience, messaging, and channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or pipeline development.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills (email, landing pages, ads, webinars).
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot, Marketo).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on measurable results.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Pay
The expected base salary range for this role is $70K to $95K annually, based on external market data, plus bonus and equity. Actual offers will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, training, key or critical skills, geographic location, and current market and business conditions.
Schedule
This hybrid role is based in our Wilmington, MA office, with a requirement to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Only local candidates will be considered. The role also includes up to 10% travel.
