Marketing Programs Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, multi-touch campaigns that align with Helix's business goals.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously to drive pipeline creation and growth.
• Partner with Sales, Creative, and Operations teams to build effective campaigns.
• Track program metrics, monitor pipeline impact, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work with your manager to allocate resources across channels to maximize ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in a B2B business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on proficiency with Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM software (Salesforce), and Project Management systems (Asana).
• Excellent written and presentation skills required to brief creative teams and present program outcomes.
• Proven track record of managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
