Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Marketing Specialist. This role focuses on supporting digital marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, creating marketing content, analyzing campaign performance, and helping drive brand awareness across multiple channels. Compensation
The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.
What you’ll do
- Aid in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Create and update marketing content for digital channels
- Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
- Support content creation and brand awareness activities
- Update CRM and marketing databases
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing projects
- Track marketing metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Organize digital assets and campaign documentation
- Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as assigned
We’re looking for
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, customer service, internships, or related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- A high attention to detail and creativity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar marketing tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- A professional, dependable, and collaborative mindset
Nice to have
- Internship or academic marketing experience
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing fundamentals
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience with social media scheduling tools
- Interest in digital marketing and brand strategy
