Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for the Laboratory Billing & Revenue Cycle Services division.
- Cook up and coordinate execution of the annual marketing calendar and campaign plans in partnership with the Director of Marketing.
- Meet regularly with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success to understand business priorities and identify marketing opportunities.
- Aid in developing and executing marketing initiatives that support business growth and customer engagement.
- Cook up marketing projects across internal teams including digital marketing, marketing operations, communications, creative services, and events.
- Create and coordinate content including blogs, customer success stories, case studies, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, and social media.
- Coordinate subject matter experts, customer speakers, and external partners for educational content and events.
- Manage content development and proofreading for the quarterly Laboratory Billing client newsletter.
- Research industry trends and identify opportunities for marketing content and thought leadership.
- Partner with Sales to develop marketing materials that support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Attend recurring meetings to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
- Cook up presentations, collateral, customer stories, campaign assets, and other sales support materials.
- Aid in proposal development and strategic marketing initiatives as needed.
- Work with Marketing Operations to support campaign execution and lead generation efforts.
- Coordinate marketing activities for conferences, webinars, customer events, and industry programs.
- Aid in planning, content development, logistics, and promotional efforts for events.
- Help identify speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities that increase market awareness.
- Support follow-up marketing activities to maximize engagement after events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience required, preferably in B2B, healthcare, technology, SaaS or related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging.
- Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with graphic design and visual content creation is a plus.
