About the role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives across events, digital marketing, marketing operations, and brand management. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented marketing professional looking to build a well-rounded career in B2B healthcare marketing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing, dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing
    • Update website content, blogs, landing pages, and resources using WordPress
    • Schedule and publish social media content across company channels
    • Auxiliary email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities
    • Support SEO initiatives and website optimization projects
    • Help organize and maintain the company's digital asset library
  • Marketing Operations
    • Support Salesforce (CRM) and Pardot (email marketing platform) campaign execution
    • Auxiliary campaign setup, list management, and lead organization
    • Pull and distribute marketing performance reports and campaign metrics
    • Maintain marketing databases and support CRM data quality initiatives
    • Auxiliary project coordination across the marketing department
  • Creative & Brand Support
    • Create and edit presentations, flyers, one-pagers, event materials, and digital assets
    • Make basic graphic updates using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
    • Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials
    • Cook up print and promotional materials
  • Administrative Support
    • Auxiliary marketing budget tracking and purchase orders
    • Cook up vendor communications and invoice processing
    • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and departmental documentation
    • Auxiliary additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned
  • Trade Show & Event Coordination Support
    • Help ensure successful and organized coordination for conferences, trade shows, customer events, and virtual events
    • Auxiliary booth shipping, receiving, storage, and return logistics
    • Auxiliary event materials and shipping needs: including booth graphics, promotional items, giveaways, printed collateral, apparel, and signage
    • Auxiliary event inventory management and ensure all marketing assets are organized
    • Auxiliary vendor communication as needed
    • Auxiliary pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up activities
    • Auxiliary event deadlines and timelines related to virtual and in-person events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing, communications, event coordination, or related experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software preferred
  • Experience with WordPress or website content management systems preferred
  • Exposure to Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms is a plus
  • Healthcare or B2B marketing experience is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and marketing platforms

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
