Marketing Program Manager, Brokers and Alliance Gateways
Broker Applicant Pipeline Management
Oversee the end-to-end vetting and onboarding process for hundreds of domestic and international broker applicants, ensuring all participants meet rigorous platform standards.
Process Operations
- Create centralized intake, tracking and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and reduce manual effort.
- Establish standardized templates, naming conventions.
- Introduce automation where appropriate (e.g., forms, workflows, simple integrations) to reduce operational friction.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation
Maintain diligent oversight of participant data and account histories, while understanding and identifying any business or compliance risks. This includes maintaining meticulous records and audit trails to provide leadership with clear visibility into program health and regulatory alignment.
High-Stakes Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for the program, utilizing discretion and precise, legally-sensitive language to communicate policy requirements and compliance boundaries, while also serving as an advocate for the current or prospective Broker.
Strategic Stakeholder Alignment
Act as the central liaison between Legal, Finance, Tech, and Yard Operations to drive infrastructure improvements, such as refining billing workflows, updating digital interfaces, and modernizing yard-access policies.
Data-Driven Optimization
Navigate and organize complex Broker account data and analyze trends in data around the Broker program to provide actionable insights for program growth and scaling.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of professional experience in program management, compliance, or a high-stakes operational or marketing role.
- Advanced proficiency in professional writing and verbal advocacy.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive negotiations and compliance-driven dialogue with extreme care.
- Proven ability to navigate complex data sets and translate fragmented information into organized, actionable operational structures.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive mindset with the capacity to manage a maturing program and adapt to evolving business needs in a global marketplace.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Forms, OneDrive) or Google Workspace for building organized, centralized workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Experience in automotive, marketplace, B2B, or auction-based industries.
